Andrea Ferguson is the Founder of Up In The Air Balloons, a luxury balloon décor company. With a background in marketing strategy and media planning, she spent over a decade working with top agencies and brands before launching Up In The Air Balloons as her own venture in 2020.
What began as a creative outlet – designing custom balloon garlands and drive-by party displays – quickly turned into a fast-growing business.
Andrea scaled from at-home prep and weekend deliveries to a full-time operation with a beautiful commercial showroom and workshop space. Branded vans and dozens of partnerships with national vendors and corporate clients continue to help spread the news about the products available.
Today, she leads marketing and operations, guiding the brand’s continued expansion and franchise development. Andrea holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
Greg Ferguson
Co-Owner, Chief Engineer of Helium Inflation
Greg Ferguson, is the Chief Engineer of Helium Inflation. He joined Up In The Air Balloons in 2024 as Co-Owner, bringing almost 20 years of business development and sales leadership experience in the financial services industry.
Prior to stepping into the balloon world, Greg held business development roles at firms including Morgan Stanley, BlackRock, InvestX Capital, and Stadion Money Management, where he focused on strategic growth, and client relationships across Mid Atlantic/Northeast US.
At Up In The Air Balloons, Greg supports operations and growth strategy, helping expand the company’s presence in corporate event spaces and high-volume venues. His background in relationship management and business scaling adds a valuable layer to the brand’s franchise development efforts.

Greg holds a B.S. in Economics from Penn State University. He is an avid Penn State football fan, golfer, fly fisherman, and shooter. He loves spending time with his kids and being anywhere near water.​
